What happens to your details

What I collect

Depending on which form you use, I collect your name, email, WhatsApp number, and optional information you choose to provide such as agency, team size, experience level, property path, buying timeline, or indicative budget range. Consultation and registration-interest forms may also retain campaign parameters such as source, campaign, ad set, ad, and content so I can understand which message brought you to the page. If you create a member account, I also collect a password, stored as a one-way hash and never visible to me. I don't collect payment details anywhere on this site.

Why I collect it

  • To send you the free AI drop, guides, and prompts you asked for by email or WhatsApp.
  • To let you log in and keep a member account, if you create one.
  • To reply to you directly if you message me through a form or WhatsApp.
  • To prepare a relevant response to a property consultation request using the context you choose to provide.
  • To understand which campaign brought a registration enquiry, without putting your contact details into analytics.

That's it. I don't sell your details, and I don't share them with advertisers or data brokers.

Where it's stored

Form submissions are stored on a private server I control, outside the public website. They are never published or made searchable. WhatsApp lead forms open a pre-filled WhatsApp message on your own device; once you hit send, that message is between you and WhatsApp/Meta under their own privacy terms, not mine.

Tracking and cookies

This site doesn't run ad trackers, ad pixels, or third-party analytics. Lead and registration-interest forms may save a small draft or completion note in your browser, and may keep campaign parameters for the current browser session so they can accompany your enquiry. That browser data stays on your device until the form is sent. Fonts and the site's styling load from Google Fonts and Tailwind's CDN, but form details are not sent to them.

Your rights (Singapore PDPA)

Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act, you can ask me at any time to tell you what I hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email therealmatters.sg@gmail.com and I will action it directly, with no extra forms.

Unsubscribing

Every email has an unsubscribe link. For WhatsApp, just tell me to stop and I will. For a member account, email me and I'll delete it.
