What happens to your details

What I collect

Depending on which form you use, I collect: your name, email, WhatsApp number, and — if you create a member account — a password (stored as a one-way hash, never in plain text, and never visible to me). I don't collect payment details anywhere on this site — there's nothing to buy yet.

Why I collect it

• To send you the free AI drop, guides, and prompts you asked for by email or WhatsApp.
• To let you log in and keep a member account, if you create one.
• To reply to you directly if you message me through a form or WhatsApp.

That's it. I don't sell your details, and I don't share them with advertisers or data brokers.

Where it's stored

Form submissions are stored on a private server I control, outside the public website — they're never published or made searchable. WhatsApp lead forms open a pre-filled WhatsApp message on your own device; once you hit send, that message is between you and WhatsApp/Meta under their own privacy terms, not mine.

Tracking and cookies

This site doesn't run ad trackers, ad pixels, or third-party analytics. The lead form saves a small note in your browser's local storage so it doesn't ask you twice — that stays on your device. Fonts and the site's styling load from Google Fonts and Tailwind's CDN, which is standard for a site like this, but no personal data is sent to them.

Your rights (Singapore PDPA)

Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act, you can ask me at any time to: tell you what I hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email therealmatters.sg@gmail.com and I'll action it directly — no forms, no friction.

Unsubscribing

Every email has an unsubscribe link. For WhatsApp, just tell me to stop and I will. For a member account, email me and I'll delete it.
