A month of property content from one listing

One new listing can become two weeks of posts, a reel script and a set of captions. Here is the repeatable system that keeps your feed alive without living on it.

The short answer

Treat every listing, viewing and closed deal as raw material. Feed the details to AI and ask it to spin one event into a week of posts — a listing reveal, a tips post, a "behind the scenes", a market note and a testimonial. You stay visible and useful without inventing content from nothing.

The agents who win online are not the ones with more time — they are the ones with a system that turns work they already do into content. You do not need to be a creator; you need a repeatable way to mine your day for posts. AI is the multiplier: give it one real thing that happened and it gives you a week of angles. Your judgment picks the good ones and keeps them honest.

What helps here
  • ChatGPT / Claude freeturn one event into many post angles and scripts
  • CapCut freeedit reels and add captions on your phone

Mine one event for a week of posts

Pick one thing from your week — a new listing, a viewing, a closed sale, a question a client asked. That single seed can become five posts. Let the AI brainstorm the angles; you choose which fit your voice and which are actually true.

  1. 1Pick one real event from your week: a new listing, a viewing, a closed deal, or a sharp question a client asked.
  2. 2Give AI the concrete details (area, price band, who it suits, what stood out) and ask for 5 to 7 post angles from that one event.
  3. 3Keep the 3 that fit your voice and are genuinely useful; bin the rest without guilt.
  4. 4Ask it to draft each as a ready-to-post caption with a hook first line and one clear call to action.
  5. 5Attach the real photo or clip you already have; never dress up a stock image as if it were your listing.

Scripts for reels and walkthroughs

Short video is where property attention lives. You do not need to be polished — you need a tight script and a strong first three seconds. Have the AI write the hook and the beats, film it on your phone, and let a tool like CapCut or Opus Clip handle the editing.

  1. 1Ask AI for a 30 to 45 second reel script with the payoff promised in the first three seconds.
  2. 2Film it simply on your phone in one or two takes; the script carries it, not the production.
  3. 3Add captions in CapCut, or cut a longer walkthrough into clips with a tool like Opus Clip.
  4. 4Write the on-screen hook text separately so the point lands even with the sound off.
  5. 5Save the script skeleton and reuse it across future listings with only the details swapped.

Run a content calendar on autopilot

Move from one-off posts to a rhythm. Decide a weekly mix — one listing, one tip, one market note, one story — and batch a fortnight in a single sitting with AI. Consistency, not virality, is what builds the trust that turns followers into clients.

  1. 1Set a weekly template you can hold, for example Listing / Tip / Market note / Story.
  2. 2Batch two weeks of drafts against that template in one AI session.
  3. 3Schedule them in one place and leave one slot open for something timely.
  4. 4Verify every market figure before it goes out, and label anything you cannot confirm.
  5. 5Review which posts actually brought enquiries and shift the mix toward those.

Copy-paste prompts

promptBuild me a 2-week property content calendar using this weekly mix: a listing post, a buyer tip, a market note, and a personal story. Give me a draft caption for each. My market is [area].
promptHere are 3 things from my week: [list]. Slot them into a content calendar and fill the gaps with evergreen tips.
promptWrite 5 evergreen "buyer tip" posts I can drop in whenever I have nothing timely: market is [area].
promptGive me a monthly market-update post template I can refill each month with new numbers.
💡 Keep it real and private: never post a client's details without permission, and verify any market figure before you publish it. AI is your scriptwriter and scheduler — your reputation rides on the content being true.
